Your Taplive back office is your command center, where you can manage your account, create links, customize your profile, and track your progress. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the essential features to help you navigate and make the most of your Taplive experience.

Dashboard Overview

When you log into your Taplive account, you’ll land on the dashboard. This is your main hub, where you can:

• See the total number of Taplive links you’ve created.
• View the total event links you’ve set up.
• Create new links or manage existing ones.

Use the Create Link button to start building your personalized Taplive pages. You can also filter and switch between grid and list views for easier management.

Side Menu Navigation

Clicking the menu icon (hamburger menu) in the top-right corner gives you access to the following features:

• TapLive Pages: Manage and customize your biolink pages.
• Event Links: Create and manage links specific to events, such as RSVPs or ticketing.
• QR Codes: Generate QR codes for your links to make sharing easier.
• Projects: Organize your links into separate projects for better management.
• Data: Track performance metrics like views and clicks for your links.
• Payment Processors: Set up payment methods like Zelle or Apple Pay to receive payments.
• Guest Payments: View and manage payments made by guests through your links.

Account Settings

Your account settings page allows you to manage your profile and account security. Here’s what you can do:

• Name: Update your account name (used for internal account settings only).
• Email: Edit your registered email address.
• Timezone: Set your preferred timezone for accurate date and time displays.
• Anti-Phishing Code: Add a code that appears in emails from Taplive to confirm authenticity.
• Referral Key: Share your referral link to invite others and earn rewards. You can also request payouts for referral rewards here.
• Newsletter Subscription: Toggle your subscription to receive updates and promotions.

Security Features

• Two-Factor Authentication: Enable two-factor authentication for added security during login.
• Logs: View your recent login history to monitor account activity.

Other Key Features

• Change Password: Update your password securely by entering your current password and setting a new one.
• Delete Account: Permanently delete your account if needed. Be cautious, as this action cannot be undone.
